Typically, it is a journey to a location of importance to a person's beliefs and faith, or a metaphorical journey into someone's own beliefs. This piece centers around a girl on a voyage, in search of something deeper. It explores themes of progress, place, spirit, peace, wanderlust, and the passage of time, in addition to nature, catastrophe, and perseverance in spite of obstacles.
